Dr. Andrisael G. Lacoste, M.D., serves as Medical Director and brings a distinguished background in Internal Medicine, along with a deep commitment to excellence in patient care. Originally from Cuba, he earned his medical degree with honors from the University of Medical Sciences of Pinar del Río and later continued his training in the United States, where he became ECFMG certified and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at BronxCare Health System in New York. As a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, Dr. Lacoste has extensive experience managing both acute and chronic medical conditions across hospital and outpatient settings. He has held physician roles at respected healthcare institutions in Florida, including NCH Baker Campus in Naples and Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers. With expertise in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, diagnostic interpretation, and individualized treatment planning, he is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care. His professional background also includes research, publications, and presentations in cardiovascular and internal medicine. As Medical Director, Dr. Lacoste provides experienced medical oversight and leadership, supporting the highest standard of personalized care for every patient.

Glendys Cortés Vázquez is a compassionate and highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience in both acute and home-based care settings. Originally trained in Cuba, she began her medical education at the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences in Santiago de Cuba, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.
After relocating to the United States, Glendys advanced her education and earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Miami Regional University, becoming a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
She brings extensive experience in primary care, geriatrics, and home health, with a special focus on managing complex patients, including elderly and chronically ill individuals. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles, including serving as a Director of Nursing, where she oversaw clinical teams, ensured regulatory compliance, and maintained the highest standards of patient care.
